The Women in Entrepreneurship student organization illuminates the dynamic landscape of entrepreneurial endeavors by showcasing the experiences of adept women across various domains. WiE's primary goal is to present students with an expansive array of captivating career options, each capable of channeling their skills and passions toward a distinctive trajectory. Through an array of offerings including guest speakers, workshops, fundraisers, charitable initiatives, and a plethora of additional resources, the WiE team is dedicated to fostering empowerment among women, equipping them to seize control of their destinies and extract the utmost from their aspirations.
WiE extends an invitation to individuals to venture beyond the conventional, similar to the boldness shown by successful entrepreneurs. WiE holds the belief that entrepreneurship is open to individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, encompassing a fusion of talents rather than being limited to those who major in it. The core principle of transparency guides WiE, sparking discussions about how women can gain traction in the entrepreneurial world and create significant global impacts. President
Kim Pham
Kim Pham is the President of WiE. She is currently a Senior standing and majoring in Entrepreneurship and minoring in Graphic Design. Although she is a student, she also owns multiple businesses such as her Kexkrew clothing business and Lucky Canes food business.
Vice President
Josephine Ovalle
Josephine Ovalle is the the Vice President of WiE. She is the Owner of Gamer Tailor, where she customize gaming controllers and consoles. Finishing up her Junior year, Josephine is excited to learn and build a strong community with women in business.
Co-Vice President
Dibora Desta
Dibora Desta is the 2025 WiE's Co-Vice President. She is a sophomore standing International Business and Entrepreneurship major. Dibora aspires to develop a platform that helps people build sustainable health routines and create wellness growth.

Treasurer
Alexis Beamon
Alexis Beamon. Treasurer of WiE, is a senior majoring in Accounting. She loves balancing the world of numbers with a little bit of fun. Alexis wants to become an independent advisor. She can't wait to give back to her community and make a difference.
Public Relations
Janna Ibdah
Janna Ibdah is the Public Relations Officer for WiE. She is a senior this semester, and will graduate this May! Janna aspires to own a medical spa in the future as it has always been a passion of hers to be a license esthetician. She is excited to inspire and be inspired by women in business.
Graphic Designer
Alexis Maciel Jimenez
Alexis Maciel Jimenez is the Graphic Designer for WiE. She is majoring in Risk Management & Insurance and Finance.
Design has always been her creative gateway. She loves to push herself and take risk whenever she gets the chance!
Marketer
Stephania Chacon-Hidrogo
Stephania, the Marketer for WiE, is.a Junior majoring in International Business. Stephania dreams of starting her own boutique that locates all around the world. She is excited to connect with the other officers and be part of an organization with women empowerment.

Almuni Advisor
Anahi Zacarias
Anahi graduated from UCD in Fall 2023 with a double major in Entrepreneurship and International Business. Anahi serves as the WiE Operations Advisor, where she fosters community growth oversees opportunity. Anahi is one of WiE's Founders and served as President in 2023.
Faculty Advisor
Clair Sims
Clair Sims serves as the Faculty Advisor for Women in Entrepreneurship, where her primary role is to support and nurture the WiE's community, ensuring it thrives and fosters a positive and enriching environment. Clair does amazing work within CU Denver such as teaching Entrepreneurship courses and working to grow opportunity with the Jake Jabs Center of Entrepreneurship at UCD.
